Chahine Capital is an independent management company based in Luxembourg and a pioneer in quantitative Momentum management applied to long-only equity strategies.
Chahine Capital’s team of managers and analysts, which is composed of scientific engineers who are experts in the exploitation and valuation of financial data, is constantly conducting research that is responsible for the remarkable performance of our funds.
Chahine Capital thus created Digital Funds, founded in 1998, which has been one of the best performers in the industry for nearly 20 years.
After starting his career in portfolio management in major banks in the market, Michaël founded the Compagnie Financière de Gestion et d’Investissement – Financière Galilée in 2000. In 2004, he bought the management company IRIS Finance, then acquired the management companies Provalor (in 2007), Compagnie Financière Genevoise 1855 (in 2014) and Chahine Capital (in 2017).
François began his career at Banque Worms and then at Yves Rocher before joining the Fimalac Group where he headed the financial engineering department. In 1993 he took part in the creation and then the general management of IRI-Sécodip (market research). Starting in 2005 he headed the company Clabo Conseil (microbiological analysis), which was subsequently sold to the world leader Silliker, where he became European Sales & Marketing Vice President.
He joined Chahine Capital in 2007 as Managing Director.
Having a doctorate in Statistiques (ENSAE Paris), Jacques Chahine has more than thirty years experience in the management of financial information. In 1987, he created the group Jacques Chahine Finance (JCF), which became a leader in providing financial information using a technological platform intended for fund managers. Furthermore, he developed investment models for managing funds of Sicav Digital Funds.
